The indoor air problem is the
result of a constant, long term exposure
to common substances of low level toxins
that gradually lead to the immune system
becoming overwhelmed. The symptoms are
headaches, lethargy, sinus, itchy eyes,
coughing, sneezing, snoring, allergic
reactions with many individual symptoms.
There is no such thing
as "new air". All air has already been
used.
Where has your
next breath of air just come from? Scary
thought!
The changing of the air so many times
per hour has little to do with the
purity of the air you are breathing.
If it did, there wouldn't be such a
thing as the "Sick Building Syndrome".
People wouldn't be reacting to the air
they breathe as they are doing today if
that were true.
In the real world situation
there are thousands of chemical reactions going on
at the same time in your breathing environment. Our
air purifier causes chemical reactions that break
down even the most powerful chemicals into their
most basic non-toxic fresh air components. The proof
that the chemical reactions are working is that the
air is better than what it was before using our air
purifier. What matters is that the process works!
Our process mimics indoors what nature does
outdoors,
and nature does a great job of cleaning the air.
Don’t be fooled! Particle size is more important than particle weight in
its potential effects on your health.
HEPA filters reportedly trap particles as small as
0.3 microns (um). Although HEPA filters are reported
to filter 99.97% of particles from the air that
get to the filter, there is much more you need
to consider:
The percentage reported for HEPA filter efficiency
is based on particle weight, not particle count.
Particles larger than 0.5 microns make up 97% of the
weight of all particles in the air. But 98.5% of the
particles by actual count in the air are SMALLER
THAN 0.5 um – which means most particles go
zipping right through the best HEPA filter (such as
many bacteria, virus pathogens, atmospheric and
household dust, cooking smoke and grease, tobacco
smoke and its gases and gasses from chemicals,
cooking, pet and mold odors).
Understand that 98.5% of the particles (smaller than
0.5 um) in the air account for only 3% of the
total particle weight. Another way to say the
same thing is that if you were to count all the
particles in the air, you would find that particles
smaller than 0.5 um account for 98.5% of all
particles in the air but only make up 3% of the
weight of all particles.

Filters are rated on the large particulate
they trap.
Yet it is the small stuff that the very best
filters can't touch that cause most allergy
reactions. |

-
It is the small stuff (.5 microns and
smaller) that is causing the nearly 2
million deaths per year from respiratory
causes.
- Our air purifier
causes chemical reactions that break
down even the most powerful chemicals
into their most basic non-toxic fresh
air components.
